Since 2007 Mansfield Capital Partners has been highly active in both the residential and commercial real estate markets in the NY metropolitan area.  Starting out a small family run business MCP was positioned well to survive the real property crash of 2008.  Over the last 13 years we have come a long way from our original goal of "flip a few houses".  We have built a portfolio of multi-family homes and light commercial properties we own and operate.  In 2018 MCP branched out into commercial property management in an effort to share the expertise we we had developed after a decade of experience in one of the the hottest most valuable real estate markets in North America.
